The guarantee promises that Sandpearl Resort’s beaches will be oil free during a guest’s stay. If the vacation is disrupted*, Sandpearl Resort will refund the first night of a guest’s stay. The refund, in effect until Sept. 1, 2010, is applicable for two-night-minimum stays and includes room, resort fee and taxes. Reservations must be booked prior to beach disruption.
