There is a ceremony fee of $1,500.00 for 20-100 guests or $1,800.00 for 101-325 guests. This fee includes location, white wedding chairs, and indoor space in the event of inclement weather. Enhancements to the wedding ceremony and reception are available through The Sandpearl Resort as well as from outside vendors.

Yes, our venues are best suited to hold events with 20 to 325 guests in attendance. Thus, we reserve our ceremony and reception sites for parties that fall within this range.

After submitting an initial request for proposal, you will receive information detailing all of the unique opportunities we can offer for your wedding. After reviewing this packet, a Sandpearl Wedding Sales Manager will be in contact to discuss the specifics of your special day. Depending upon the size of your wedding, our Specialist will advise you which venue most adequately fits your event and will then ensure that your preferred date, space, and location are available. After this information is acquired, a Catering Contract will be prepared. Once the contract is signed and a deposit received, your date will be secured.

Absolutely. The most popular option for ceremonies at the Sandpearl Resort is to conduct them directly on the 700 feet of pristine beachfront that belongs to our resort. Outside ceremonies may also take place on the boardwalk, the pool lawn, or for larger events, on our Gulf Lawn. All outdoor venues feature spectacular views of white sand beaches and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico.

We are unable to conduct ceremonies for couples that do not wish to also host their reception at the Sandpearl Resort. All ceremony sites are paired with a reception site that is most appropriate for the needs of each unique couple.

All prices are subject to a 21% service charge and applicable Florida State sales tax.

Couples wishing to be married are required to obtain their own marriage license at any courthouse in Florida. Both bride and groom must be present and have proper identification. The cost of the license is payable by cash or money order. The marriage license will be issued at the time of application and is valid immediately for out-of-state residents and after three (3) days for Florida residents. It must be used within 60 days.

At the Sandpearl Resort, our professional staff awaits the opportunity to provide you excellence in cuisine, service and attention, especially on this momentous occasion. All couples receive one complimentary night of accommodation in one of our 253 spectacular guest rooms.

If you require a total of ten or more rooms for your guests, you may reserve a room block at a discounted group rate that is available exclusively for them.

The Sandpearl Resort only offers Valet Parking. Special Event parking for your guests is available at the rate of $10.00. Overnight Valet Parking is offered for $16.00.

Your Sandpearl Resort Catering Manager will be happy to arrange a ceremony rehearsal for you and your wedding party. Rehearsal times are confirmed 4 weeks prior to your wedding and set at a time that does not interfere with other booked events; please contact your manager in advance to arrange.

Staying at the resort the evening before your wedding provides the Bride and the Groom with the opportunity to utilize the room for any pre-ceremony needs. Florists, wedding party members, and family members are all allowed to assist you in your room. If you would like another room, your catering manager can assist you in securing a separate overnight suite that can accommodate your needs.

The Sandpearl Spa offers a range of services including hair and makeup professionals who will work with you to create your desired look, as well as cater to the beauty needs of the bridal party.

While each wedding is unique, we have established wedding packages to introduce you to some of the options we offer as a resort. Our package prices range from $138 to $175 per person. The Sandpearl Resort would be delighted to customize a package based on your specific tastes and price out that package accordingly.

According to Florida State and County Law, all food and beverage must be provided and served by The Sandpearl Resort.

Custom designed wedding cakes are available from our pastry chef, or you may choose to obtain your cake from an outside vendor. The Sandpearl Resort may provide you with a list of vendors to refer to.

Food & Beverage Minimums are monetary amounts that must be spent in order to host your event in a particular venue at our property. This number does not include service charges, sales tax, any fees, parking, guestrooms, or enhancements to your event. Thus when budgeting for your event, you should anticipate spending more than the Food & Beverage Minimum.

Final menu selections are due to your Catering Manager 30 days prior to the wedding. Final guest counts are due in writing by 12 noon, 72 Business Hours before your event.

Yes, a selection of both children's and vendor meals are available for your convenience.

The Sandpearl Resort offers tastings for weddings scheduled in our banquet/ballroom space. Specific guidelines will be provided to you from your Catering Manager that will specify how to make the food and beverage selections for the tasting. Please allow a three week advance time-frame in which to book your tasting.

The Sandpearl Resort can make arrangements to have Kosher meals provided for your guests. The Sandpearl Resort does not have a kosher kitchen for a banquet function and therefore can only accommodate smaller requests with kosher needs.
