Fitness Center- located inside the spa consisting of Treadmills, Cross trainers, Chest press, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Recumbent Bikes, Shoulder Press along with Mats and Balls for stretching
A schedule of classes can be found at both the fitness center and Spa reception desk. Contact the spa concierge to reserve your space in class. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the equipment. Those under 16 must have adult supervision at all times
